About Clayfield:

Clayfield, one of Brisbane’s earliest suburbs, is six km north-east of the central business district (CBD). It is an affluent riverfront suburb that features densely tree-lined streets and Queensland-style homes with high ceilings and wide verandahs. However, recent developments have brought in medium- and higher-density housings into the mix. Clayfield is close to everything that makes life easy – transport, schools, hospitals and more, making Clayfield popular with property investors.
