Step 3: The Correct Finance strategy and Ownership Structures

It may be necessary to refer you to an accountant or a solicitor to set up the correct Ownership Structure and Asset Protection Strategy to ensure the protection of your assets and maximise your return on the property you purchase. This may include investing through your Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) or setting up a trust or another company.
